In his role at Benchmark International, Tim helps business owners understand the opportunities that currently exist in the M&A market and develop an appropriate strategy for the next phase of their business.

This was how he first learned how serving customers with integrity and commitment leads to success. In the summers, Tim would travel the Midwest with him, visiting customers and helping to write and fill orders in the warehouse. His father founded and grew his own company, earning patents along the way. He grew up as a very active athlete and graduated in the top five of his class, inspired greatly by his father’s integrity and success.

Tim was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and spent some time living in Indianapolis before settling back in Fort Wayne.
